The Square and Compasses offers a traditional range of facilities, from a cosy bar, comfortable eating area and a private dining room.

The Stoke bar provides all the popular quality brand names along with a selection of casked conditioned gravity fed real local ales. There is a good wine list that compliments the menu including an interesting selection by the glass.

The menu incorporates conventional pub classics alongside local game and freshly caught fish. Traditional roasts are served on Sundays.

Sourcing high quality local produce is of prime importance at The Square and Compasses and all dishes are freshly prepared to order.

The Gallery is available for private dining. Comfortably seating 10 people it is the perfect room to celebrate any special occasion over lunch or dinner. The walls are adorned with fascinating signed menus and wine paraphernalia from the owners own personal collection. The Gallery is also available for small business meetings.
